In going through this little journey of photography and small business owner, I have been very fortunate to meet and become friends with some incredibly talented and giving photographers. They are the ones that I seek out when I need a little advice or help with something and it’s wonderful to know I can count on them for help when I need it. One of those friends is Rebecca of Rebecca Jill Photography. She is a talented newborn photographer and I love her simple and organic style. As a photographer, you often plan to take your own children’s portraits but it turns out that is not always an easy task. When Rebecca was feeling overwhelmed and had not had time to do her own newborn portraits and asked if I had time to come take some newborn portraits of her new baby girl, I was happy to do so! I met up with her at her studio and we got to work. Sweet Arden was not feeling well that day but we were able to at least get some sweet poses to document her during that fleeting newborn stage.
I absolutely loved her red hair. 🙂
